I am Neda Baseri an Assistant Professor (Since February 4, 2024) in Medical Bacteriology (Ph.D) at Tarbiat Modares University. I have taught courses, emphasizing hands-on learning and applying theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges. My expertise is in the field of antibiotic resistance measurement, PFGE, primer design, qPCR and etc. Prestigious publishers have published my work in various topics, including antibiotic-resistant (especially S. aureus) and infectious disease epidemiology (such as coxiella, Francisella, rickettsia, brucella, and etc.). Through interdisciplinary research, I aim to contribute to effective treatments and prevention strategies for infectious diseases according to the international standard guidelines.
