Mohamad zhiani received a B.S. in Pure Chemistry from University of Tabriz (Tabriz) and a M.S. and Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from University of Tarbiat Modarres (Tehran).He worked on Design and Construction of novel membrane electrode assembly nanostructure in polymer electrolyte fuel cell and characterization of Physico-chemical properties using electrochemical and spectroscopic techniques. Before joining Isfahan University of Technology (IUT) as an Assistant Professor in 2008, he was as a postdoc (ICCOM-CNR) and subsequently became a staff member of Acta- SpA company(during a European union joint venture project on development low cost catalyst for Alcohols fuel cells and water electrolysis for hydrogen production in high-tech society in Lavonia) between 2006-2008 under supervisory of Prof. Hubert A. Gasteiger (Acta, Spa) and prof Claudio Bianchini (head of ICCOM-CNR). In IUT (2008-2020) Dr. Zhiani graduated more than 40 Msc and 10 PhD student mostly on PEMFC, DAFC , Water electrolysis (AEMWE and PEMWE) and metal air batteries as well. He is working now as a prof of physical chemistry in Tarbiat Modares university (TMU).
